Since Clean Break is all about the highest quality of service, I wanted to create a brand design for them that accurately represented that. We wanted the brand to feel organic and natural and (of course) clean. Its uniqueness? A touch of copper and gold foiling with hand-sketched icons.
Impact Travel 360: Adventure with a purpose
Jessica Daniels Brand
When Jess and I had our first creative brainstorm together, towards the end of our session she mentioned liking her signature. So we whipped out a notepad, and after a few minutes I had some beautiful letters to work with. When I sat down to design her logo, I kept going back to her signature. No hand lettering or font could compete with something so uniquely, distinctly HER. And that's pretty important when you're a designer of homes.
Lynn Walker Photography
Complete brand and website design.
Lynn is an Austin-area family photographer that captures beautiful photos full of real emotion through enjoyable sessions.
It was such an honor working with Lynn as we conceptualized her brand image, and worked on everything from logo, to media kit, to a full website design (lynnwalkerphotography.com). My favorite brand designs are ones where I get to work through every single visual and bring it within brand for the client. It allows me to write the full song vs. just the chorus, and I believe it has the most lasting impact.
Mariana Ziegler Photography
Mariana is based out of Colorado Springs, and specializes in all things mountains and adventure. Engagements, Elopements and Weddings with a little business branding on the side... this girl will hike a mountain with you to get those photos you usually can only dream about.
I absolutely loved designing for Mari a unique watercolor logo with gold foiling that captures not only her beautiful personality, but the style of her beautiful photography.
The Wherever Writer
Amy from The Wherever Writer challenged me with painting a collection of all three of her favorite places. As a travel blogger, she needed something lovely and unique that grabbed attention, while instantly communicating the places she goes.
We incorporated with her brand custom, painted icons for her to use around her site. I had such fun coming up with stylized icons in the pretty colors of her brand, and giving her something unique. I'd never consider myself an illustrator, but love hand-rendering small brand details that truly set a business apart from the rest. (SO important in the world of bloggers!)
